Already in February-March, we will start the construction of a modern and ecological office building, which will be an integral part of the already existing logistics center of our company. Completion of the investment is planned for December 2021.
Our company is developing dynamically, we are gaining new markets, developing export sales, and expanding our offer. All this translates into a systematic increase in employment - the new office building will give us space for further development. Shortly after the New Year, on Monday, 3th January 2022, our team will sit at their desks in a new environment.
The office building will have 3 floors, and the total usable area of the office space will be nearly 1000 m2. The designer and general contractor is the Amwin company, while Dymitr Malcew - a world-famous Polish designer with whom we have been cooperating for a long time, including in the selection of fabrics for the Toccare Collections by Dymitr Malcew product line.
We wanted the new office building to be a showcase of the company and an extremely friendly place for our team. A place where we can not only work in comfortable conditions, but also relax whenever we feel the need. Therefore, in addition to extremely comfortable offices, conference rooms and a show room, we have designated a place for the Relax Zone or Agmamito Cafe, where delicious coffee will be served.
Another equally important idea behind the new investment was the creation of the so-called green office - an innovative facility that takes into account environmentally friendly solutions to the greatest possible extent, including in terms of saving energy and water. And so the electricity used in the building will come from sunlight converted into electricity - thanks to the photovoltaic installation. The offices will be equipped with energy-saving LED lighting, and the armchairs and sofas will be made of our Tasos fabric, which is made of post-consumer recycled polyester. The building also features a number of solutions reducing the negative impact on the environment and promoting pro-ecological behavior among the company's employees.
We also wanted the office building to be close to our existing Logistics Center, which is why we decided to combine both buildings, thanks to which they would become an integral office and logistics complex.
The construction of the new building will begin in February-March 2021, and the completion of the investment is planned for December of the same year.
